Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that you would like to shop with confidence at Baby Locker, so if for any reason you wish to return a product to us, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind so returned goods may be exchanged for other items or for a store credit.   Exchanges are made at the expense of the customer if posting items back.

If the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, or if it does not do what it was advised to do, or where otherwise required by law – we will gladly exchange or refund.

There is no refund or exchange for display stock, floor stock or clearance lines unless the item is faulty and the customer was not advised.
