Shipping & Delivery

Baby Locker aims to ship your item within 3 working days.  If there are any delays, or if the item is out of stock and has to be ordered in, we will email you and advise the time frame required for delivery of your item. If your order is somewhat urgent, we advise you call or email us prior to purchase. Many furniture items are 'order only' so we welcome your prior enquiry to see how long the items will take for delivery.

Delivery is expected between 3 to 10 working days depending on your location within Australia.  This excludes items that are not in stock at the time of order.  Some out of stock, special orders or furniture items can take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Delivery costs will be calculated on checkout of your order.  Delivery fees are based on weight, dimensions and distance.  We deliver Australia wide only.  Furniture and bulky items will incur additional shipping charges.

Home Delivery orders for standard parcels can be sent to street addresses or a post office box. Unfortunately, big and bulky parcels can only be sent to street addresses.

Bulky and heavy items (such as furniture) are sent through other couriers such as Toll and Followmont Transport.

Please note that couriers do not offer a service to call prior to delivery or on approach.

Items purchased online can be picked up in-store during opening hours (please see opening hours and shop address on the Home Page or Contact Us page).  You can nominate ‘Pick Up’ on checkout of your order. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be picked up.  Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or tax invoice to collect your order.
